Ladies and Gentleman I present you my latest project :).

This is a full brass smoking pipe wich has been wrought from part to part. And YES it does work! It took me all day to make, but the result is satisfying. Hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do.

brilliant piece of work! What kind of cogs do you use? I've started making steampunk things and I can't find anything this large!

Cheers! I believe the biggest gear here was from a old pendulum clockwork, at least those usually consist them, try a hourmaker and ask him for old broken clocks, for a price if needed, good luck! :)

Brilliant - thanks! I'll certainly give that a look. The majority of party I use at the moment come from watches so they're all pretty small which will be a problem when I start making larger items.
